  • Orders are processed within 2–5 working days from confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

  • We ship to Greece and all European Union member states. We do not ship outside the EU at this time.

  • Greece: 2–3 working days. European Union: 3–7 working days. Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location and courier.

  • UPS and DHL. You will receive tracking information by email once your order is dispatched.

  • Yes. Free delivery to Greece and Cyprus, and on all EU orders over €150.

  • Yes. Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, without giving a reason. Email hi@minital.studio with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

  • Unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and complete with all components and fixings. We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

  • Once we have received and inspected the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our side.

  • Notify us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. Email hi@minital.studio. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

  • All fixings required for installation are included in the box. Lighter accessories include 3M VHB double-sided tape for tool-free mounting. Heavier shelving includes wall plugs and screws for an anchored installation.

  • Most products mount to plasterboard, concrete, brick, and tile. For tiled or very hard surfaces, use the included drill fixings. The 3M VHB adhesive works best on smooth, clean, painted walls.

  • Weight capacity varies by product and is listed on each product page. For heavier loads, always use the wall plug fixings rather than the adhesive option.

  • High-grade aluminium or steel, precision-folded and finished with a durable matte powder coating. Designed and manufactured in Thessaloniki, Greece.

  • Matte Black, Matte White, Beige (RAL 1019), and Sienna Red. Not all finishes are available for every product — options are shown on each product page.

  • Wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads which can damage the powder coat finish.

  • Powder coating is durable and resistant to chipping under normal use. Aluminium does not rust. Avoid prolonged exposure to standing water in unventilated wet environments.

  • Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT.

  • Email hi@minital.studio as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, modifications are no longer possible.

  • An order confirmation with full pricing detail is sent by email on purchase. For a formal VAT invoice, email hi@minital.studio with your order number and company details.
